Japan: Kobe Beef

I have always loved Kobe Beef. So tender it just melts in your mouth. It is also probably the most expensive beef on the planet. One 6 oz steak in America can cost upwards of $45.00 raw and over $100.00 at a restaurant if it is real Kobe beef.

Sometimes one wonders why some things are so famous, or so special, or so expensive. Sometimes one wonders both before trying them and after. Kobe beef only has you wondering before you try it. After you do, everything falls into place.

There isn’t any beef in the world with such quality, so tasty and savory, and so tender that melts in your mouth the way Kobe beef does. Seriously. There isn’t.
