Philip Baldwin aka Uncle Phil, 30 year Chef

I was born in Minnesota and moved to Los Angeles at 4.  I left Los Angeles at 19 and moved to Berkeley, and then to San Francisco to attend the first class at California Culinary Academy.  After graduating, I worked in San Francisco, Seattle, and eventually moved back to Marin County where I lived and worked for 28 years.  In 2010 I opened my e-commerce store, Better Kitchen Utensils (www.BetterKitchenUtinsils.com), an online kitchen resource for people to gain access to premium cooking tools, utensils and fine Damascus cutlery.  In 2011 I relocated to Redding California in the north of the state, where I continue to serve professionals and cooking enthusiasts.
